tarom, ing & visa
sunt extrem de suparat pe bancile din romania. nu lucrez decat cu trei banci: brd, ing si volksbank. dar sunt suparat pe toate bancile. hai sa va povestesc si voua ce am patit…
la sfarsitul lui ianuarie am fost intr-o delegatie in barcelona pentru o conferinta. imi place orasul… seamana mult cu orasul meu natal. cel putin aerul…
sa revenim:
1. duminica, 16 ian 2009, am facut o rezervare pentru doua bilete dus-intors bucuresti - barcelona pe site-ul tarom.ro. biletele au costat 3.133,31 ron. am confirmat plata si totul era in regula:
2. intre 26 ian si 30 ian am fost in barcelona; am prins o vreme foarte buna si am participat la o conferinta foarte interesanta; iar zborul intre bucuresti si barcelona a fost foarte frumos
3. la inceputul lunii februarie am inceput sa-mi pregatesc documentele pentru decont; printre ele se afla si factura de la tarom:
4. la o verificare sumara a extrasului de cont pentru tranzactiile facute in afara tarii, observ cu stupoare ca suma decontata pentru biletele de avion este diferita fata de cea rezervata initial: 2009-01-20-plata_tarom (3.248,63 ron)
5. am crezut initial ca tarom a facut o greseala; i-am sunat ca sa-mi refaca factura initiala si raspunsul a fost negativ: se pare ca la ei in cont a ajuns doar suma initiala de 3.133,31 ron:
6. in cazul asta e clar ca problema este la banca mea, adica la ING; i-am sunat si dupa o conversatie lunga in care nu am vrut sa accept explicatiile primite, mi-au trimis acasa urmatoarea explicatie oficiala: 2009-02-18-raspuns_ing_sesizare_tarom
7. am escaladat increzator problema la visa; dupa cateva conversatii enervante cu secretara de la visa, am primit un raspuns nu foarte imbucurator de la country manager:

In legatura cu problema pe care ne-ati adus-o la cunostinta va pot informa ca am luat legatura cu departamentul Retail Client Services (care se ocupa de operatiunile cu carduri) al ING Bank Romania si am stabilit impreuna ca banca va va contacta pentru a clarifica situatia dumneavoastra. Banca ce v-a emis cardul este singura institutie, care va poate da lamuriri in ceea ce priveste tranzactiile dumneavoastra si comisioanele percepute.
In cazul in care nu ati fost contactat de catre ING in decurs de o saptamana, va rog sa ne informati pe email. Am incercat sa va comunic aceasta informatie direct, dar la numarul de mobil lasat nu raspunde nimic.

iata pe scurt si calculele matematice asociate cu aceasta mica problema:
- cursul euro la bnr in data de 16.01.2009: 4,2655 RON
- cursul euro la bnr in data de 20.01.2009: 4,3025 RON
- variatia cursului: 0,86%
- suma rezervata la tranzactia din 18.01.2009: 3.133,31 RON
- suma decontata din contul meu la 20.01.2009: 3.248,63 RON
- diferenta absoluta: 115,32 RON
- diferenta relativa: 3,68%
si problema de fond:
- tarom imi da factura doar pe o parte din banii extrasi din contul meu de card si-mi garanteaza ca asta este suma intrata in contul lor
- visa stabileste ca platile catre comerciantii romani cu conturi in banci straine se deconteaza in valuta contului comerciantului
- ing imi spune ca tarom lucreaza cu o banca straina care a extras din contul meu o suma in eur si nu in ron si diferenta reprezinta costuri cu schimbul valutar
au trecut mai mult de 40 de zile de cand am facut tranzactia si am cateva intrebari pentru care nu am primit raspuns:
- de ce taromul are afisate preturi in lei pe site si taxeaza in eur? de ce nu poate sa-mi dea factura in eur?
- de ce ing a acceptat sa deconteze o suma mai mare decat cea aprobata de mine initial?
- de ce tranzactia catre un comerciant roman cu cont in strainatate care se deconteaza in eur nu apare in extrasul de cont ca si o tranzactie la un comerciant din strainatate? acolo se specifica si suma in valuta si cursul la care se face tranzactia…
- de ce nu pot sa obtin o factura sau o chitanta pentru diferenta de curs valutar?
- la cine au ajuns practic banii mei: la ing? la tarom? la banca tarom? la visa international?
- ce siguranta am eu ca la urmatoarea tranzactie pe un magazin online .ro nu o sa se intample acelasi lucru?
